Distribution and Storage
What is it?
BRAM-COR designs and manufactures complete distribution and storage systems for pharmaceutical water (PW, WFI, PS), ensuring high-quality, sanitary delivery from generation to point of use. Each system is engineered for optimal flow, temperature, and pressure stability, minimizing contamination risk.

Experience and Quality
Backed by decades of pharmaceutical engineering, our systems follow ASME BPE standards and meet global GMP requirements. Welds are orbital, pipelines passivated, and each system undergoes full validation. Optional certifications include:
Certificates include:

Applications
BRAM-COR pretreatment units are used in:
Cleanroom distribution
Sterile manufacturing
Biotech and vaccine production
Injection and infusion preparation
WFI and PS transfer lines
3D View / P&ID
We provide full 3D models and P&ID documentation for design validation, installation planning, and compliance audits.
Homemade Components
All systems use BRAM-COR-built components, including:

Loop
A continuous sanitary pipeline system for distributing pharmaceutical-grade water (PW, WFI, PS) throughout the facility with constant flow, controlled temperature, and zero contamination risk.

SKID Loop
A compact, pre-assembled distribution loop mounted on a stainless steel skid—fully tested and ready for quick installation, ideal for space-limited or modular setups.

STOC (Storage Tank)
Insulated and sanitized stainless steel tanks for storing WFI, PW, or PS, designed with level control, pressure regulation, and full drainability.

Uvitron
A high-performance UV disinfection unit that reduces microbial contamination in the water loop, installed at the return point or before points of use.

Points of Use
Custom-built delivery outlets for accessing pharmaceutical water, featuring manual or automated valves, filtration, and temperature control—engineered for maximum hygiene and ease of operation.

Pumps
Sanitary-grade circulation pumps ensure consistent flow within the distribution loop, with low energy consumption, CIP/SIP compatibility, and long-term durability.
Offered Process Description
A typical BRAM-COR Pretreatment Line includes:
Filtration Stages
Coarse pre-filtration and fine filtration (1–5 micron) to remove suspended particles and sediments
Water Softening
Automatic softening system (Addolcitori) to eliminate water hardness
Chemical & Organic Removal
Activated carbon filtration and optional dosing systems for chlorine, chloramines, and pH control
Microbial Control
UV disinfection (Uvitron) to reduce microbial load and prevent bacterial contamination
